Comes with a PDF that includes two 5'' x 7'' Intention + Virtue Cards.
 
Print these cards, frame them behind glass or plastic and use a dry erase marker to write in your daily intentions, circle Our Lady's Intention for the day and write in a Virtue of the week. *Both frames and dry erase markers can be found at your local dollar store.
 
There is a space for you to record your personal "Prayer Intentions" as well the ability to circle the day of the week with it's coordinating recommended Intention that Our Lady requested at San Damiano. 
 
There is a separate space for you to write down a "Virtue of the Week" for you to pray for and focus on every week. For a list of Virtues read our blog post created specifically for this (here you will also find a Free Printable list of virtues for quick and easy reference)
